Technical area
The invention relates to a horizontal goods carrier according to the preamble of independent claim 1, as well as an associated presentation module and a goods presentation system with horizontal goods carrier and presentation module. Such horizontal goods carriers with a front edge and an underside, which are designed for a quasi-horizontal arrangement on a support structure, can be used for the presentation of goods or goods in goods stores, at trade fairs or the like. In this case, the goods and goods can for example be set up on a top side of the horizontal goods carrier or hung on it.
State of the art
For the presentation of goods or goods and exhibits, rack structures and wall attachments are used today, for example, in stores or at trade fairs, which typically have vertically or horizontally oriented support structures and goods carriers arranged on or between the support structures. Goods carriers with a front edge and an underside are known in various ways. Trays are often used as horizontal goods carriers on which the goods, goods and exhibits can be placed or placed. Such trays can be made of different materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic, adapted to their intended use. Alternatively, bars, grids and the like are used as horizontal goods carriers on which the goods such as clothes can be hung.
In certain applications there is a need to secure certain components on or near the leading edge of horizontal goods carriers. It is known, for example, to provide the components with a clamping structure that can be clamped onto the front edge. However, such clamping structures are often awkward to use and undesirable for aesthetic reasons. In addition, more and more components are used that require electricity in operation. For example, electronic displays are increasingly attached to the front edges of horizontal product carriers on which information about the presented goods, such as their price or composition, is made available. In addition to the above fastening, components must also be supplied with power, for which purpose batteries are typically used. Such batteries are relatively expensive and require a lot of maintenance because they have to be changed regularly. In addition, they often result in restrictions on electricity consumers, as care is taken to ensure that they use as little electricity as possible in order to extend the life of the batteries.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of proposing a system or a solution in which or the power consuming components can be efficiently, stably and aesthetically appealing attached to a horizontal goods carrier and efficiently supplied with power.
Presentation of the invention
According to the invention, the object is achieved by a horizontal goods carrier as defined in independent claim 1, by a presentation module as defined in independent claim 16, and a goods display system as defined in independent claim 27. Advantageous variant embodiments of the invention emerge from the dependent claims.
The essence of the invention consists in the following: A horizontal goods carrier for quasi-horizontal arrangement on a support structure has a front edge and an underside. On the underside, a groove running along the front edge is formed, which is equipped with a retaining contour and a power supply.
The horizontal goods carrier can in particular be a tray, a table top, a bar or something similar. The support structure can comprise one or more vertical profiles to which the horizontal goods carrier is attached, for example by hanging. Or it can be a horizontal profile into which the horizontal goods carrier is inserted. Or it can be an underframe like a table leg or something similar.
The term "front edge" is understood in connection with the invention, an edge or a conclusion or a side of the horizontal goods carrier, which is visible with a quasi-horizontal arrangement of the horizontal goods carrier on the support structure from a front or presentation side. The presentation side can in particular be a side that is oriented towards a space from which the goods presented on the horizontal goods carrier are visible.
[0009] The term “holding contour” in connection with the groove can relate to a structure that enables a component or a presentation module to be held. For this purpose, the component can have a congruent contour which interacts with the retaining contour of the groove and, for example, attaches the component to the horizontal goods carrier via a form fit. As an alternative or in addition to this, the holding contour can have a magnetic element by means of which the component can be attracted and held.
The horizontal goods carrier enables, on the one hand, the component to be fastened efficiently and stably near the front edge. At the same time, the component can be supplied with power via the integrated power supply. Furthermore, through the arrangement of the retaining contour and the power supply in the groove, the fastening of the component and its power supply can be protected from external influences and implemented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
The retaining contour preferably has a receptacle running along the front edge. Such a receptacle makes it possible to receive a suitable counterpart of the component in a protected and secure manner. This enables the component to be attached and supplied with power in a clean and secure manner.
The receptacle of the holding contour preferably has two side walls running along the front edge, each of the side walls being provided with an engaging groove running along the front edge. Such side walls with engaging grooves enable the counterpart of the component to engage or latch securely. This allows the component to be precisely placed and securely attached.
Preferably, a distance between the front edge and the groove is less than 1 cm and in particular less than 0.5 cm. Such an arrangement of the groove enables the component to be fastened to the horizontal goods carrier particularly close to the edge.
In a preferred embodiment, the horizontal goods carrier comprises a base plate, the front edge being formed by an end profile which is slipped onto an edge of the base plate. The groove is preferably formed in the end profile. Such a configuration enables, on the one hand, an aesthetically pleasing realization of the horizontal goods carrier. On the other hand, it enables the base plate to be made relatively thin and made of a material that is relatively difficult to shape, such as glass. Such an end profile also enables existing horizontal goods carriers to be retrofitted.
In another preferred embodiment, the horizontal goods carrier comprises a base plate into which the groove is let. This enables an attractive, integrated and efficient design of the horizontal goods carrier. In this case, a retaining profile is preferably arranged in the groove, which includes the retaining contour. Such a retaining profile enables the retaining contour and the groove to be implemented efficiently and adapted to the counterpart of the component.
Preferably, the end profile or the holding profile is equipped with a light source. In this case, the lighting means is preferably designed in the shape of a length and preferably runs along the front edge. In particular, the lighting means can have a line of light-emitting diodes. Such a lighting means enables goods and the like to be illuminated efficiently. For example, it can illuminate or illuminate goods that are placed below the horizontal goods carrier.
[0017] The power supply preferably comprises an insulating track on which conductor tracks running along the front edge are arranged. Such conductor tracks can be designed as electrical cables or as conductive contact strips. The insulation track together with the conductor tracks can also be referred to as a busbar. Together with an adapted component, such busbars in the groove enable a safe and reliable supply of current to the components.
Preferably, the horizontal goods carrier comprises a mounting structure for attaching the horizontal goods carrier to the support structure, the mounting structure having an electrical connector which can be connected to a power source when the mounting structure attaches the horizontal goods carrier to the support structure. In this case, the horizontal goods carrier preferably also includes an electrical line that connects the electrical connector of the assembly structure to the power supply. Such a mounting structure enables the horizontal goods carrier to be connected to a power source when it is fastened to the support structure. In this way, the power supply can be connected straight to a power source so that the component can tap the power in the groove.
The mounting structure can have a tongue or lamella which is provided for insertion into a horizontal profile. The horizontal profile can also be provided with a busbar similar to the type described above. The electrical connector can then tap the current on the busbar as soon as the mounting structure is attached to the horizontal profile and the current can be conducted directly to the power supply via the electrical line. Alternatively, the mounting structure can have one or more hanging lugs. The support structure - for example one or two parallel vertical profiles - can be equipped with a corresponding grid and a power rail. When hanging in the grid, the electrical connector makes contact with the busbar and power can be fed directly to the power supply via the electrical line.
Preferably, the horizontal goods carrier comprises a converter for converting an input voltage into an output voltage different from the input voltage, the converter being coupled to the electrical connector and the power supply so that the input voltage can be fed from the connector to the converter and the output voltage from the converter the power supply can be removed from the converter. Such a converter enables a voltage to be provided that is adapted to the needs of the power supply or the components to be attached to it. In this way, among other things, a secure power supply can be guaranteed.
The converter also enables different components to be supplied with different voltages in the horizontal goods carrier. The illuminant is preferably coupled to the electrical connector in such a way that the input voltage can be fed from the connector to the illuminant. In this way, the lighting means can have a different voltage applied to it than the power supply. For example, the voltage of the light source can be higher than that of the power supply. This means that, on the one hand, there can be sufficiently strong lighting and, on the other hand, at the same time, there can be a secure supply of electricity to the power supply.
The input voltage can be, for example, about 24 volts (V) and the output voltage about 3V. Such a design of the voltages enables an expedient higher voltage of, for example, 24V to be used for the lighting than for the 3V of the power supply, which is sufficient for many components.
Another aspect of the invention relates to a presentation module for the presentation of goods or information about goods, which comprises an adapter for mounting on a horizontal goods carrier as described above, wherein the adapter has a holding structure and a power take-off structure, the holding structure is designed to to hold the presentation module on a holding contour of a groove of the horizontal goods carrier, and the power take-off structure is designed to tap power from a power supply of the groove when the holding structure holds the presentation module on the holding contour of the groove of the horizontal goods carrier.
The presentation module can be a device for hanging goods. In particular, however, it can be a device that displays information about goods, goods or exhibits presented on or under the horizontal goods carrier, such as an electronic sign or the like.
Preferably, the presentation module comprises an electrical consumer that is connected to the power take-off structure. Such an electrical consumer can be fed efficiently by means of the power supply. The electrical consumer preferably includes a display. Such a display can be used to display information efficiently and flexibly. The display can in particular be or have an e-ink display. Such a display enables an extremely economical display of information. The electrical consumer can also comprise a lamp or a tablet or any other electrical device.
The power take-off structure of the adapter of the presentation module preferably has two resiliently held contact elements. A secure connection or contact with the power supply can be achieved via the resilient mounting of the contact elements. This enables a reliable, uninterrupted power supply to a consumer.
Preferably, the holding structure of the adapter of the presentation module comprises two projections which are movable between a holding position in which they are spaced apart at a holding distance and a release position in which they are spaced apart from one another. Such a holding structure enables the presentation module to be conveniently and securely fastened to the horizontal goods carrier.
The holding distance between the two projections is preferably greater than the release distance between the two projections. As a result, the distance between the projections can be reduced in order to release the presentation module and these can thereby be removed from, for example, the engagement grooves of the holding contour of the horizontal goods carrier. In this way, the presentation module can be easily and securely attached to and detached from the horizontal goods carrier.
The holding structure of the adapter of the presentation module preferably comprises a blocking element with which a movement of the two projections relative to one another can be blocked when the two projections are in the holding position. In this way, the adapter can be secured when it is attached to the horizontal goods carrier. In this way, unintentional removal or falling of the presentation module from the horizontal goods carrier can be prevented.
The holding structure of the adapter of the presentation module preferably comprises a spring element which biases the blocking element so that it blocks the movement of the two projections relative to one another. In this way, the blocking element can be automatically moved into the holding position, so that it is generally secured when it is not actively actuated.
Preferably, the holding structure of the adapter of the presentation module comprises a button which is connected to the blocking element, the blocking element being moved by the button when the button is pressed so that the two projections can be moved relative to one another. Such a button enables a convenient and efficient release or actuation of the adapter.
The holder structure preferably has two wing parts, on each of which one of the two projections is formed, wherein the blocking element for blocking the movement of the two projections relative to one another can be arranged between the wing parts. Such a configuration enables an efficient, simple and stable implementation of the holding structure with a blocking element.
When the button on the adapter of the presentation module is pressed, it preferably moves the blocking element so that it is not arranged between the two wing parts or outside the two wing parts. Such a key mechanism enables efficient handling of the adapter.
Another aspect of the invention relates to a product presentation system which comprises a horizontal product carrier as described above and a presentation module as described above. Such a goods presentation system enables the effects and advantages described above in connection with the horizontal goods carrier and the presentation module to be implemented in combination in an efficient manner.
The goods presentation system preferably comprises a support structure on which the horizontal goods carrier can be arranged quasi horizontally. Such a horizontally holding support structure enables an efficient and aesthetically pleasing design of the goods presentation system. It also enables the horizontal goods carrier to be arranged in a continuously displaceable manner in the horizontal direction. In particular, the support structure can be a horizontal profile that is preferably equipped with a power rail.
In the case of the goods presentation system, the support structure is preferably designed as a profile rail which can be arranged quasi horizontally and into which the horizontal goods carrier can be inserted. Such a configuration of the support structure enables flexible and convenient attachment of the horizontal goods carrier at any point along the profile rail.

1 shows an embodiment of a goods presentation system 1 according to the invention with a support structure 2 to which a first embodiment of a horizontal goods carrier 3 according to the invention and a second embodiment of a horizontal goods carrier 4 are attached. The horizontal goods carriers 3, 4 are each equipped with one or two exemplary embodiments of presentation modules 5.
The support structure 2 comprises a horizontally aligned support profile 22 as a profile rail and two panels 21 which adjoin the support profile 22 at the bottom and at the top. The support profile 22 has a horizontal passage 222 which is accessible via a slot visible from a front side. The horizontal goods carriers 3, 4 are pushed through the slot into the passage 222 and are thus held in a quasi-horizontally aligned manner. An upper inner wall of the passage 222 is equipped with a busbar 221, which consists of an insulation base running along the passage 222 and two conductor tracks running on it. The busbar 221 of the support profile 22 is connected to a power grid.
The first horizontal goods carrier 3 comprises a base plate 35 made of glass and an end profile 34. The end profile 34 is attached to the base plate and forms a front edge 31 of the first horizontal goods carrier 3 facing away from the support profile 22. The second horizontal goods carrier 4 includes a base plate 45 made of wood , wherein a front side of the base plate 45 forms a front edge 31 of the second horizontal goods carrier 4 facing away from the support profile 22. The presentation modules 5 each include a display 51 on which information about goods such as their prices or the like can be shown, which are arranged on the horizontal goods carriers 3, 4.
In Fig. 2, the presentation module 5 is shown detached from the horizontal goods carrier 3, 4. The presentation module 5 has an adapter 52 which is tiltably connected to the display 51. The adapter 52 is equipped with a holding structure 53 and a current collection structure 54. The holding structure 53 comprises two wing parts 534 which are parallel in FIG. 2 and which merge towards their upper ends into an outwardly directed projection 532. A T-shaped blocking element 533, which prevents the wing parts 534 from moving towards one another, is arranged between the wing parts 534. As a result, the blocking element 533 defines a holding distance 551 between the wing parts 534 and the projections 532.
The power collection structure 54 is arranged at an upper end of the adapter 52. It comprises two spring-loaded contact pins 541 as contact elements. The contact pins 541 are directed upwards and can be pressed down resiliently.
3 shows the presentation module 5 from its rear side, with certain components being shown in section. It can be seen that the holding structure 53 of the adapter 52 has a spring element 535. The spring element 535 is designed as a double-sided round spring and acts on the blocking element 533 so that it is moved down into a holding position. In the holding position, the projections 532 are, as can be seen in FIG. 2, at a defined holding distance 551 from one another. The holding structure 53 further comprises a button 531 which, when actuated, acts on the blocking element 533. In particular, when the button 531 is actuated, it is pressed upwards, as a result of which the blocking element 533 is also moved upwards against the spring force of the spring element 535. This then enables the wing parts 534 to move towards one another.
In FIG. 4, the second horizontal goods carrier 4 is shown from an underside 42. On a rear side of the base plate 45 opposite the front edge 41, a mounting structure 46 is formed which has two lateral side tongues 462 and a central central tongue 463. The side tongues 462 and the central tongue 461 are shaped to engage and hold in the support profile 22. A groove 43 runs close to and along the front edge 41 in the underside 42 of the horizontal goods carrier 4. A retaining profile 44 is let into the groove 43 and has a receptacle 431 running along the front edge 41. A strip-shaped LED illuminant 433 with a plurality of light-emitting diodes is attached to the holding profile 44 parallel to the receptacle 431.
As can be seen in FIG. 5, the receptacle 431 is formed by two parallel side walls 432. A busbar 434 is embedded in the receptacle 431 and has a strip-shaped insulation base along which two parallel conductor tracks run. The conductor tracks are dimensioned to correspond to the contact pins 541 of the presentation modules 5.
6 shows a side view of the second horizontal goods carrier 4. The central tongue 463 is equipped with two contact clips 461, which are arranged in a manner corresponding to the busbar 221 of the support profile 22. The contact brackets 461 are resiliently mounted, whereby they are pressed into the passage 222 of the support or horizontal profile 22 when the central tongue 461 is pushed in, and inside the passage 222 they are pressed outwards again onto the conductor tracks of the busbar 221. This enables reliable contact to be established and power to be tapped. The second horizontal goods carrier 4 further comprises an electrical line (not visible in the figure) which connects the contact clip 461 to a converter (not visible in the figure). The converter is coupled to the conductor tracks of the busbar 221 so that these conductor tracks and components connected to them can be supplied with current at an output voltage of the converter that is different from an input voltage supplied by the electrical line. In particular, the input voltage can be 24 volts (V) and the output voltage 3 V. The LED light source 433 is connected to the electrical line in such a way that it can be fed with the input voltage.
Connects to the conductor tracks of the busbar 434 of the groove 43, so that these conductor tracks and components connected to them can also be supplied with power.
In FIG. 7, the first horizontal goods carrier 3 is shown from an underside 32. On a rear side of the base plate 35 opposite the front edge 31, the base plate 35 forms an insertion area 362 as a mounting structure 36, which is shaped to engage and hold in the horizontal profile 22. A groove 33 runs close to and along the front edge 31 in the end profile 34 of the first horizontal goods carrier 3. The groove 33 has a receptacle 331 running along the front edge 31 and a strip-shaped LED illuminant 333 with a plurality of light-emitting diodes arranged parallel to the receptacle 331.
As can be seen in FIG. 8, the receptacle 331 is formed by two parallel side walls 332. A busbar 334 is embedded in the receptacle 331 and has a strip-shaped insulation base along which two parallel conductor tracks run. The conductor tracks are dimensioned to correspond to the contact pins 541 of the presentation modules 5.
9 shows a side view of the first horizontal goods carrier 3. In the center of the insertion area 362, two contact clips 361 are arranged, which are shaped to correspond to the busbar 221 of the support profile 22. The contact brackets 361 are resiliently mounted, which means that when the insertion area 362 is pushed into the passage 222 of the support or horizontal profile 22 and inside the passage 222 they are pressed outwards again onto the conductor tracks of the busbar 221. This enables reliable contact to be established and power to be tapped. The first horizontal goods carrier 3 further comprises an electrical line 363 running along the underside 32, which connects the contact clip 361 to a transducer 341. The converter 341 is coupled to the conductor tracks of the busbar 334 of the groove 33 so that these conductor tracks and components connected to them can be supplied with current of an output voltage of the converter 341 that is different from an input voltage supplied by the electrical line 363. In particular, the input voltage can be 24 V and the output voltage 3 V. The LED lighting means 333 is connected to the electrical line 363 in such a way that it can be fed with the input voltage.
In Fig. 10, the presentation module 5 is shown during assembly on or dismantling from the second horizontal goods carrier 4. The representation of the second horizontal goods carrier 4 is to be understood as an example. The first horizontal goods carrier 3 is designed analogously to the second horizontal goods carrier and interacts with the presentation module 5 in a corresponding manner.
It can be seen that the button 531 of the holding structure 53 of the presentation module 5 is pressed manually upwards. As a result, the blocking element 533 is also moved upwards so that it no longer lies between the two wing parts 534 or the two projections 532. As a result, as shown in FIG. 10, the two wing parts 534 can be moved towards one another into a release position in which the projections 532 are separated from one another at a release distance 561. As a result, the adapter 53 of the presentation module 5 can be moved freely up and down along the side walls 432 of the receptacle 431.
11 shows the presentation module 5 in a fastened position. The button 531 is no longer actuated, so that the blocking element 533 is moved between the wing parts 534 into a holding position by the spring force of the spring element 535. As a result, the wing parts 534 are moved outward and the projections 534 are secured at a holding distance 561 away from one another. The holding distance 561 is greater than the release distance 562. The projections 534 of the holding structure 53 lie in engaging grooves 435 which run along the side walls 432. The side walls 432 together with the engaging grooves 435 form a retaining contour of the groove 43 of the horizontal goods carrier 4. In this way, the presentation module 5 is securely fastened in the retaining profile 44 and thus on the second horizontal goods carrier 4.
At the same time, the adapter 53 of the presentation module 5 is moved upward into the receptacle 431 so far that the two contact pins 541 are in contact with the conductor tracks of the busbar 434. As a result, the presentation module 5 can safely tap power that it needs to operate the display 51, for example. The current can thus be efficiently transmitted from the busbar 221 of the horizontal profile 22 via the second horizontal goods carrier 4 to the presentation module 5.
